Business and Technical Training |
| Training in technical and business areas is two-phased: one part is on-the-job, the other in vocational school. Business training takes place in the various departments the trainees pass through in the course of their three years of training. The on-the-job training in the technical areas takes place in various departments of the training facility. Trainees are actively involved in production at HUETTINGER Electronic because the parts they make go directly into production. |
