| Your duty |
in this position in our affiliate in Poland (Warsaw) is to coordinate a production that is completely driven by quality and adherence of delivery dates. Furthermore, you are responsible for purchase, logistics, finance, human resources and IT. Each of these departments is administered by an operative manager reporting directly to you. With your decisions you support the CEO in all areas of the company management. |

| You are |
a professional who graduated in technical studies and you already dispose about several years of leadership experience, preferably in the production department of a company from the electronic sector. You are familiar with the methods of Lean Management and implement purposely the ideas of Six Sigma in order to optimize quality as well as processes on a continuous basis. In addition to that you possess a profound knowledge regarding the instruments of General Management and are able to use them accordingly. You align the processes with the parent plant in Freiburg and you are a member of the TRUMPF group’s network of all plant managers. For this reason, a good knowledge of Polish, English and German is absolutely necessary. Dynamic, stability as well as intercultural sensitivity are essential parts of your personality. You keep an eye on the entirety and pursue your goals insistently. |
